Non-Refundable $300 tryout fee after 3/9 (Early bird special: $250 if paid by 3/9) to be paid upon registering for tryouts. 

Please note sports engine processing fees (3% + $1 per transaction) are added to all online transactions.

Once team placements are posted you will be invoiced for the commitment payment according to the fee schedule below.

Tuition payments can be made in full upon acceptance of roster placement or broken up into payments. Upon acceptance of roster placement, the registration fee will be credited against the annual tuition and the first of the tuition payments must be made. Please see the tuition and payment breakdown below.

Anyone delinquent with tuition payments will not be allowed to take the ice after the September 1st deadline without prior WHK Board approval.

***Responsibility of Parents / Players to Pay Tuition - Once Roster Placements have been accepted, the league will be making Conference commitments and procuring practice ice contracts based on the number of rostered players and teams. WHK cannot back out of these contracts once they are in place. Therefore, you will be required to pay 100% of the tuition burden even if you withdraw from the program prior to the final tuition payment being due to the program. Defaulting on your tuition obligation will prevent your player from being rostered with another program. ***

The registration process requires that you log into a sports engine account. For any new users, you will be required to use an email address to create an account. You will then be able to log in and complete the registration. This method prevents unauthorized access to your registration information. Each player must also register separately with USA Hockey. This is a separate process from the WHK registration. All new WHK players and coaches must be registered with USA hockey by 5/1. This will allow participation in summer ice. USA hockey confirmation number will need to be added for the player on the WHK website. Any existing WHK player/coach that is not registered by 8/1 will not be allowed on the ice.
