WHK Instructions for making tuition payment

1.  Go to the WHK website @ whkhawks.org

2. Login to the Edit My Account tab on left hand column

3. If you forget your password…click on the "forgot?" Link to reset

4. Click on the player(s) name

5. Click the green “Pay Now” button to make a payment

6. Repeat process for additional players

WHK Tuition Policy for 2018-2019 Season

Tryouts: Non-Refundable $100 tryout fee to be paid when registering for tryouts.

Roster Placement: Once placements are posted you will have 5 days to accept your Roster Placement.

Tuition Payments: Tuition payments can be made in full upon acceptance of Roster Placement or broken up into 3 equal payments. Upon acceptance of Roster Placement, the $100 tryout fee will be credited against the annual tuition and the first of 3 equal tuition payments must be made. Second tuition payment is due by July 15. The 3rd and final tuition payment is to be made by August 15 prior to the start of the season and regular team activities. Anyone delinquent with tuition payments will not be allowed to take the ice after the August 15 deadline without prior WHK Board approval.

***WHK reserves the right to re-align rosters and team placements at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.***

***Responsibility of Parents / Players to Pay Tuition - Once Roster Placements have been accepted, the league will be making Conference commitments and procuring practice ice contracts based on the number of rostered players and teams. WHK cannot back out of these contracts once they are in place. Therefore, you will be required to pay 100% of the tuition burden even if you withdraw from the program prior to the final tuition payment being due to the program. Defaulting on your tuition obligation will prevent your player from being rostered with another program.***

***For some Mite teams a portion of payment 3 will be due directly to SSC.  Instructions to be provided.  (The amount on the policy is the total they will owe and the amount to SSC is not in addition to).

Note:  Family discounts for multiple FULL season players are as follows:  2nd child $125 discount, $225 for each child thereafter.  There is no discount for any short season players.

LATE FEES OF $50 PER MONTH FOR EVERY MONTH THAT ANY BALANCE IS OUTSTANDING WILL BE ASSESSED ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH BEGINNING 9/1/18 AND CONTINUING EVERY MONTH THEREAFTER.  AN APPROVED HARDSHIP PLAN DOES NOT ELIMINATE THE LATE FEE CHARGE. 

IF YOU NEED AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO BE PAID IN FULL BY 8/15/18 – YOU MUST FILL OUT AND SUBMIT A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FORM BEFORE 8/15/18. 

THE BOARD SPENDS A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME CHASING PAYMENTS FROM MEMBERS – IN FAIRNESS TO ALL WE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERING TO THE PAYMENT CRITERIA AND TIMELINES FOR 2018/2019 SEASON. 

FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL OR ADHERE TO APPROVED PAYMENT PLAN WILL RESULT IN PLAYER NOT BEING ALLOWED ON ICE.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

EMAIL and PASSWORD: the registration process requires that you log into the site. For any new users, you will be required to enter an email address, and the server will send a password to that email address. You will then be able to log in and complete the registration. This method prevents unauthorized access to your registration information.

USA Hockey Registration: Each player must also register separately with USA Hockey. This is a separate process from the WHK registration.  All WHK players must be registered with USA hockey by 8/31/18.  Once you receive your USA hockey confirmation number, you will need to add it to the player on the website.  Any player not registered by 8/31/18 will not be allowed on the ice.
